Our team brings decades of combined experience serving in senior advisory, investigative, and leadership roles across large federal agencies—including former federal-sector EEO and Reasonable Accommodation (RA) Directors who have led and overseen these programs at an enterprise level. Our principal technical consultant is a former employment law attorney, bringing a sophisticated understanding of federal workplace law, compliance, and risk considerations
